I was very impressed with the professionalism and care I experienced at Advanced Vision Center by J... ordan and Dr. Hernandez, as well as the other staff members who helped me at my appointment. I had requested a visit online, and thankfully, I was able to be seen within a few weeks. All my communication with Jordan was so easy, kind, and professional. I was incredibly nervous about this appointment, and I felt put at ease immediately upon entering the office. Dr. Hernandez and her staff were non-judgmental and explained all the tests and procedures, as well as next steps, kindly and confidently. They followed up with me the next day to ensure I was doing ok and helped me arrange a future appointment for further care. I am so glad I chose this practice for my care, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to receive care for any optical needs!

Have had lukewarm or bad experiences at other,larger vision providers on the north shore.This was su... ch a great experience from the professional,knowledgeable nature of the entire staff to the warm,friendly feeling that you get as soon as you walk in the door.Advanced Vision will be my only choice for an optometrist. Great eye doctor. They were able to squeeze me in within a days notice, Jordan was so quick to respo... nd. Dr. Mathias had a great personality for working with people and was very caring. I felt like she took the time to really be present during my appointment. I did not feel rushed like I do at most places. Getting new lenses for my frames was also very easy and quick! I don’t remember everyone’s names but all the staff were so helpful! The optomap option was so easy and quick. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter and I both had an amazing experience at Advanced Vision Center today. The staff were all... so warm,friendly and attentive especially the woman at the check in desk. I don’t remember her name but her title is patient coordinator. She was amazing with my daughter! She helped my daughter pick out glasses and made it very easy for me 🙂 I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone.
